Provence Wine Dinner

This dinner will have a slightly different formula from our traditional wine dinners, to reflect the Provence ambiance. We will gather at the Patio Bar around 6:30pm with

passing hors d'oeuvre

Pissaladière, and Tarte Friande de poivrons confits accompanied by a flight of two beautiful Rosé from the côtes de Provence.
Then, we will continue with a very nice dish of
Monk fish with shrimps, mussels, fennel, potato and bouillabaisse broth, paired with Clos Mireille from Domaine Ott .
For the main dish, Chef Xavier Grenet will prepare a
braised stuff veal with mushrooms and spinach au jus, paired with Chateau Romassan from Domaine Ott, that Chef Xavier and I are a big fan of!
The dessert will be Xavier famous red wine spiced cherry soup with vanilla ice cream paired with Chateau Selle, Domaine Ott Rose.
