It is the demonstration of a cuisine rooted in its time, which takes into account the need of the moment: the respect of the Planet and the well-being. Travelers from here and elsewhere will be able to discover a festive gastronomy that values not only the artisans and the terroirs, but also responsible cooking, concerned with the preservation of the environment.
In the wake of the COP 21 and the General States of Food, France must be at the forefront of the global mobilization for the environment. Thus, Taste of / Good France supports the "No More Plastic" foundation, which works for the protection of the oceans and the reduction of plastic.
A symposium on responsible food will be organized by six ministries in Paris on March 23rd.
